Tournament Rules  
 

Check In-
All teams must check-in at at your game site one (1) hour before their first game, with the exception of the first team that plays at each site. These teams must check in right after their first game. Please have the following items ready to present at the check-in table-

 

                                              


Spectator Fee’s –             Adults $7.00
                                               Kids-$6.00
Seniors-$6.00

                                               Kids under 5 free



Rules- Games - will consist of minute stop clock halves with a two minute half time.  Clock will run in the second half if lead is fifteen (15) points or more by either team.  Stop clock resumes once points are within ten (10) points.  Bonus free throws will be awarded at 10 fouls.





Equipment - Basketballs will be 28.5 in size for 11u division and girls 13u division. All other divisions will use regulation size basketballs. No earrings, watches, bracelets, necklaces or other objects may be worn during the games.



  Time Outs– Two (2) one (1) minute time outs per half will be allowed during the game. Time outs do not carry over to the next period.  Regulation time outs will not carry over to overtime.



 Overtime Periods – Over Times will be two (2) minutes running  clock  (the clock will not stop at anytime in overtime unless a time-out is used. Each team will receive one time out per over-time period.  Overtime game will run until we have a winner.



 Tie Breaker – All Tie Breakers will go by Head to Head records then by point differences with a maximum or 15pts per win or loss.


Good Sportsmanship -  One coach will be allowed to stand only if he/she is coaching their team, making substitutions, calling a time-out or cheering for their team. All other action must come from a seated position at their bench. Coaches will also be held responsible for their spectator’s actions.

 Protests-  All protest must be logged with the score table prior to the start of the game or immediately after the end of the game. No protest will be accepted which involves decisions by the officials during the game.

 All other rules are (High school C.I.F federation rules)

All Boys tournament age cut off is as follows: (as of September 1, 2012)



Example: 12u/6th Grade Division:



Player can not turn 13 until after September 1, 2012.


Exception (allowed 3) : unless player is in 6th grade



Birth Certificates: Must be furnished upon request
